 Baskademics was founded on the notion that playing basketball is nothing without academics. At Baskademics we operate on the philosophy that "student" is always first when it comes to student athletes.  
Tobias Ceasar is the founder and President of Baskademics. Tobias Ceasar has been coaching and advising student athletes for over 20 years. Currently assistant coach at Western New England University men's team. In March of 2020 Tobias was named director of basketball operations and head coach for the newly formed Overwin Academy.
Prior to his role at Overwin Academy, Tobias had served as the Athletic Director and head basketball coach at The Master’s School in Simsbury, CT.  At The Master's School Tobias coached the prep team in the prestigious NEPSAC AA conference.
Tobias' previous basketball coaching experience included being the head varsity boys coach at The Watkinson in Hartford which also played in the NEPSAC.  Within a year and half of taking over the program Coach Ceasar turned that program around bringing the school to its first ever regular season and conference championship in the same season.

Coaching is just a small part of the role that Tobias plays in helping his student athletes achieve success. Through his vast number of contacts and friends within sports and academics Coach Ceasar has helped families navigate the challenging path of identifying the right school and program for their child. Tobias has played an instrumental role in placing all of his student athletes into four-year schools
